In order to be Elite Affiliates your site will must:
01. Be REGULARLY updated
02. Be ORGANIZED
03. I’d prefer if it didn’t spread RUMORS
04. Have a Decent Layout
05. Not be Geocities or any weird domains. Sub-Domains accepted!

I don’t base Elite affiliates on hits, that stupid. Your site must be QUALITY! No site elite affiliated with this site will lack quality. That being said when applying for Elite Affiliates realize that I check your site for 3 days in a week, then at the end of the week I will send you an email if you are excepted. I do this to weed out the temporary sites and also to check the quality of the site. Also please be aware that I also add elite affiliates for some on my favorite celebrities.
